Trip and Booking Information

You can book your holiday by filling in the forms one and two below and sending them to us.

Form One Basic application form with terms and conditions, dates etc.
Form Two Detailed booking form. (one for each participant).

Trip Dates and Information

  1. The 12-day camping holidays can be from any day during the week
  2. The 12-day gite holidays can take place anytime between two Saturdays.
  3. The 7-day holiday is from Saturday to the Saturday.

12 Day Holiday on Campsites or in Gites .

The camping trip can be between May and September and costs are max (high season) €750pp.
This trip but staying in Gites can be between April and October and costs are max (high season) €900pp.

Holiday in Gites

April to June and September to November* Max €600pp/week

*Other months can be considered.

Group reduction: All Trips

  • 6 people 5%
  • 7 people 10%

Reduction for supplying a co-worker:

  • €120 12 Day Holidays
  • €70 Holiday in Gite

Mid and low season reduction:

  • Any reduction in gite hire will be passed on to the customer

Trips include:

  • Accompanied during flight to Toulouse, Carcassonne, Montpellier or Perpignan.
  • Travel with minibus in France.
  • Camping or gites and cooking equipment.
  • Food & Drinks including meals out.
  • Outings and some activities.
  • Photos(Printed or excessable via internet)

Does not include:

  • Flights.
  • Special activities for more then one day.
  • Personal Insurance.
  • Sleeping bags.
  • Pocket money for personal drinks and postcards etc.

Basic Terms

  1. The trips are designed for groups of in total 7 participants and 2 co-workers.
  2. The group will be accompanied from airport of departure pref. by a co-worker from your organisation, but if not available we will supply the co-worker.
  3. If any of the participants is female, the co-worker will be female.
  4. The participants have to be able to look after themselves in personal hygiene, be able to behave themselves reasonable well in public and willing and able to go for walks etc.
  5. The participants are expected to take part in setting up camp and the preparation of meals.
  6. The participants min age is 16 yrs. We would suggest not older than 60 yrs. unless specifically asked for.
  7. We need to have the detailed reports forms (form two above) concerning each participant before we can confirm your booking.
  8. You reserve the right before departure to exchange participants in case of illness etc.
  9. Travel & cancellation insurance is compulsory and we can arrange this for you.
  10. As we ourselves cannot legally sell flights, we will ask you to book the flights (groups) or we can book the flight on your behalf (individuals).
  11. The escort to airport needs to help to accompany the group through check-in and as far as customs and meet the group at the arrival gate on return.
